Children encounter emotional, social, and physical challenges every day. It affects their psychological, mental, physical and spiritual health. Every parent & school should empower children with tools of self improvement, self development & empowerment and children's yoga classes . A dedicated and intentional yoga practice that includes physical posture, breathing & relaxation techniques, and tools to teach concentration can be incredibly valuable for them.

In yoga I teach my students “to try easy not hard” and don’t push, don’t force. So a yoga mat is a sacred space where a child can experience play and focus without any pressure or competition. Yoga is amazing for all kids, especially those kids who shy away from physical and/or group activities because of the fear of failure or not performing to the parents/teachers expectations. Yoga is not just physical postures it incorporates values of non-harming, truthfulness, moderation, cleanliness, gratitude, and self-discipline. These values will instill compassion, confidence and strength of character in our children, and will make them model citizens.

Above all yoga will finally teach our children how to focus and concentrate. Every parent and teacher tells them to concentrate but they don’t teach them how? Success is directly proportionate to our ability to focus and concentrate, more we are able to focus and concentrate more we’ll be successful. Yoga teaches us how to maintain the constant flow of awareness on any subject. It is an indispensable tool for self development, healing and empowerment for all human kind and all children will benefit from it.

I am Yogi Chauhan
- a professionally qualified Yoga, Fitness and Martial Arts instructor with over 15 years experience of working with people from walks of life.

As a die-hard fitness freak, I live to stay healthy and share my knowledge and experience with everyone who connects with me. Over the years I have worked with hundreds of people at all fitness levels, helping them achieve their health goals. There is a lot more to good health than just physical fitness, we also need to be at peace on the inside. Our classes at Yoga with Yogi have been carefully designed to provide the right balance of physical fitness and spiritual strength. I am fully committed to every student, every class we conduct and nothing makes me happier than setting people up to follow the path to holistic good health in their lives.
